“15 years ago, my first trip to Grand Cayman I went to this little bar and grill called the Sunshine Grill. I remember it having the best hamburgers, salads and this called scramble with a great island vibe. It was my favorite casual restaurant on the island. Every year I came back, the quality remained the same. It remained one of my favorites. It closed for renovations a year or so ago. I was a little worried the vibe and the food was going to be ruined. We had lunch there today. Im happy to say they did it right! Brand new body with the same soul. Even the complimentary ice cream is back! Awesomeness!”
